I reserved a spacious room with memory foam mattresses and 2 double beds, for example, and the staff here are very friendly and polite.

Good and absolutely perfect location, clean bathroom.

cheap hotel in a safe area just off downtown, a good area and the excellent caldwell zoo. spotless rooms and exceptionally comfortable beds. no complains at all, really nice stay for 5 nights.

The room I booked was kept clean and available with 2 queen beds and memory foam mattress and mini refrigerator. Everywhere there was fairly clean. Location: the hotel was close to downtown, zoo and HWY 20 as well as a good area of town.

Really nice stay for 5 nights. Clean low-budget hotel with amicable and excellent staff. Unbeatable location in the older part of town.

Heat set at 85F outside conference area, staff not keeping doors locked on conference room giving uncontrolled access to students computers and company product. layout of conference room so students could not all see the screen.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was good as well.

A bit dated. I have always stayed in fairly new ones. My problem was I had booked 2 double rooms but the reservation was listed as 2 king rooms. The hotel was booked so we could not be moved.

Pool was nice. Breakfast pretty good. Towels were new and fresh. Very nice staff. Seemed really clean except for spot in shower.

Needs to be redecorated. The office chair looked like it Should be in my husband's deer stand. Ice machine been broke for awhile on second floor. Memory foam mattress was way to hard.

Horrible experience

The service was very poor. I would not let a dog stay the night. The lights went out at 8 in the morning. We experienced bugs in the room. Lady bugs. They were flying in the room it was horrible. Then the lady at the desk ask for a 100.00 deposit for the room. The room was a disaster-it should have been free of charge. To be honest, I think the employee was going to try and keep my 100.00. No one at other hotels has ever ask for 100.00 deposit for a room at all. A theif works at this hotel. Location and surroundings: It was in a bad neighborhood. Service: The service was horrible. Lights went out! Bugs in the room!!!!!!! Dining: The food was cold. And no variety!!!!!!!!! Room: Room 220. Due to bugs we were moved to 217. It was even worse. Useful tips: DON'T GO TO THIS HOTEL!
